(January 4, 2019, 7:22 pm)I've been seeing Tracy for IMS for years and I cannot say enough how much she has helped me. I've been living with chronic pain from sports injuries and being at a desk job. Every time I see her, she knows exactly what needs to be released and strengthened. I always feel better when I leave and she provides me with exercises to help strengthen my weaknesses! Highly recommended!

I have been to other clinics where I felt rushed and was given generic treatment to help alleviate the symptoms, but never really addressed the underlying issues. However, Tracy at Catch Wellness was very thorough with her initial assessment with me. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to determine the root cause of my injuries. I noticed an improvement after just 1 visit with Tracy! I've had 3 sessions with her now, and I can honestly say, she has helped me improve my game. It is evident that Catch Wellness is truly passionate about what they do and will go above and beyond in helping their clients reach their full functional potential.
