Together we’ve completed 3 developments with over 250 units and counting. Momentum is everything in this game and to be successful you need a shop you can count on to deliver. In over 3 years of multi-family service, KL has never missed a call. They’re a forward thinking group of great young people who run a client-first business. These guys are champs and we can confidently rely on them to always keep our sites flush with lumber when we’re pushing the hardest. There’s nothing these guys can’t or won’t do. I am grateful for their service and will vouch for them all day.

(July 9, 2020, 4:20 am)Everyone at Kerrisdale lumber has a good understanding of construction and that makes a huge difference when sourcing unusual materials as I am very particular on my products that I use in my builds, and Kerrisdale lumber always comes thru. They are a honest and true family run business. Great job everyone!

From accounting to contractor desk, everyone offer a service with a smile. Plus, this is a family own business for many generation and son and father are both working on the floor every day. You can't get better than that!

They have always been so good to us since we started our company 10 years ago and even before that with our previous employers. We are beyond loyal to Kerrisdale and do ALL of our project materials thru them, now and ongoing.
I highly recommend using them as a supplier. -

(June 26, 2020, 6:40 pm)The new Kerrisdale lumber contractor yard is well stocked. New location not as central but not to bad to get to. Their staff is well versed and have a lot of knowledge. Staff turnover is minimal so a lot of them really have a good working knowledge.
Their new delivery trucks with hiabs makes them competitive with other lumber yards for large deliveries. Good guys to deal with and can recommend them. Have been purchasing lumber etc here for over 30 years.
