(January 19, 2017, 7:00 am)I'm writing this review to help anyone looking for a great dentist in Vancouver. I found PG Dental Clinic and Dr. Basie from a recommendation given by a dental forum member that said he was one of the best dentists he had been to.
I've been to many dentists due to a lifetime of dental issues starting from early childhood. It seems to be rare to find one who is truly holistically oriented and is continually learning advancements in biological dentistry practices as well as the holistic reasons for dental problems.
Something also very important is a good chair side manner and Dr. Basie has that in spades. Unlike with other dentists, I've not been lectured or judged for the state of my teeth, and sufficient time is given during dental visits rather than the dentist rushing to get to the next patient. I've had complicated, time-consuming precision work done that included difficult extractions and very carefully planned placement of implants. Dr. Basie and his dental team did a fantastic job, working overtime as needed and follow up by phone was given the next day.
And speaking of the Dental Assistants Shana and Normie, they are amazing as well. They are highly skilled and have a great attitude. I am very happy with the work that's been done and wish I had found this clinic years ago.
