  Lovely sushi dinner--conveniently on the way to a concert at Chan Centre. Sweet warm friendly atmosphere with very good quality sushi.

  My fiancee and I absolutely loved our lunch experience here. The nigiri sushi’s were awesome (big and fresh fish, small rice which is perfect), really enjoyed the aburi sushi as well. And the server was very friendly! One of the best Japanese restaurants in Vancouver!!

  Food was delicate and delicious. Very good quality fish yet generous portion with the price. The server were nice and assertive. The restaurant is small but cute, about 20-22 seats, no sushi bar but windows counter. Only 1 stall washroom. Children friendly and good for casual dine out. Gluten free choices and vegetarian friendly. I love the way they present the meal and the way they slice the fish. Will definitely come back again.

  Hitoe Sushi is one of highest value sushi restaurants in Vancouver when it comes to quality:price:service ratios. The fish is incredible, the servers are kind and knowledgeable, and the price will let you eat a gourmet meal for sub $40. Incredibly impressed!

  Adorable hole in the wall place with great sushi.
  I’m a fan of more traditional Japanese rolls as oppose to the ones covered in sauce and tempura bits. I’ve also worked at a sushi restaurant for years so I know what a good piece of fish tastes like. This place was excellent. They have a very traditional Japanese vibe, all the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the plating was suburb.
  We had to get dessert and the cheesecake was phenomenal!
