Laurel got back to me within less than an hour of me submitting the inquiry and was very helpful and patient in dealing with all my questions.
Ben personally came to look at what needed to be done before giving me a quote which was very much appreciated.
When John and Julian came to complete the work they were very professional, efficient and friendly. They were able to deal with the quirks of our setup without any trouble and the quality of the work is great.
I will be calling Drips & Drains again next time I need plumbing work done. -

(December 12, 2018, 2:30 am)Wow...plumber said he'd be there at 8:30 and arrived 10 minutes early. John installed the faucet I'd bought ..but a part was faulty so he went to supplier and returned in record time! What a pleasant fellow and gave us great advice for a future call back. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber! Thanks for a great experience from start to finish.

You can use an online form to send photo and description of problem, so when a plumbing technician arrives they know exactly what to bring and to expect. Email invoice allows for convenient and secure Interac transfer payment. Prompt, efficient, cost-effective. Used them twice -- once to install a kitchen faucet, and another time to replace worn parts in our toilet. Both went smoothly and we are very happy with quality. Highly recommend this company!
