Very #peaceful #experience. I went to the mindful #meditation class they had in the evening, it was a warm and comfortable setting. The teacher was lovely, the addition of calming meditative music and her clear calming voice brought me into complete serenity. Although I'm sure I fell asleep, I felt reenergized and can't wait to learn more about the positive effects of meditation
It was a #lovely time, I strongly recommend people to go. I thought it would be a huge class, however it was extremely personalized. Our teacher was #friendly and lovely, she personally took care of my lessons

Great experience, super professional and effective. I was looking for a place and teacher who dedicates her time to guide me in my Yoga Journey, helping me with my postures, techniques and achieve my goals and targets. I highly recommend Stephanie and her entire Team, She was super sweet and friendly, focused on guiding me, showing me and explaining me all the wonderful world of Meditation and Yoga, during my whole experience. I am extremely happy with her services. I am already become one of her regulars.
