  Had an amazing experience here. Our server was Ivan. He made us feel like we were having dinner at our friends house. He is an amazing server and we can’t wait to come back and see him again!

  I never had a chance to go to the old Nick's so it was nice to not have a comparison to a long time establishment. We were lucky enough to squeeze in on very short notice and were seated right away. Cozy little space very reminiscent of an old New York Italian joint or a 70's basement which are both not bad things. Service was prompt and was able to help guide us through the menu. We ended up getting the spaghetti and meatballs and though at first I was a little erked that it was $26, I must say that you're getting a LOT of meat in the two meatballs. I'll definitely go back to try other stuff on the menu.

  Awesome food, great service, place gets super busy (a good sign). Lots of wine selection, the pasta is excellent, definitely an understated local spot. The fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms was great, and absolutely flew out of the kitchen. Place gets loud, but that's not a big deal. Will definitely return.

  This place was amazing. Ivan was an amazing host. Made me feel like I was having dinner at my friends house. He was one of the best waiters I’ve had in a very long time. I need to show everyone I know this place! Love love love it!

  This is my third time eating here, the first two were amazing and unfortunately this time wasn't very good. The menu just changed and my two favourite dishes were taken off, lasagna and ravioli. I totally understand that menus change but it was sad to seem them go because they were so good. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and one of my meatballs was pretty burnt and wasn't very good, the other one was fine. Overall it was tasty but a bit watery. The server was nice and attentive but there was definitely some confusion with the new menu roll out. This place was a destination for me when I travel to Vancouver but I don't think I would go back for a while based on this experience.
