John and Gary really care about their students and their students' continued improvement, regardless of what your goals are, be it competition or fitness. They're always pushing for you to be better. Their love for the sport is obvious and they work hard to ensure every member has a positive experience on the mats.

I've been training with these guys for 9 years now and the place feels like home. This gym will have what you're looking for whether it be to get in shape or actively compete at a high level. We have a strong team that's been built over time, largely because the instructors are passionate about grappling and want to see your game improve.

Another plus is that our gym encourages other gyms to drop in at our open mats. The ability to get rounds in with people outside your gym only helps to improve your game. There's a number of big-name gyms that don't allow their students to cross train or other academies to drop in, this only hurts their own students.
