(May 26, 2019, 2:23 am)Amazing location, friendly managers and the food was fresh. We stayed in the Albert family basement suite, the room was quite dated, there were some cobwebs in some corners of the kitchen cabinets, but the bathroom was tidy though it did lack counter space. The bedroom was clean and the beds were super comfy and well made (lots of extra blankets and pillows!) Overall our stay was good, but I always get freaked out by cobwebs. (We also couldn't figure out the ac/heating situation, but the temperature was fine so we didn't bother asking).

(December 13, 2018, 7:29 pm)Staff was incredibly friendly, location was perfect and breakfast was cooked to order. Cannot ask for a better b&b style. It feels family run, but basic amenities are covered. Great place to crash in the city.

(September 26, 2018, 2:53 pm)Excellent experience. Walking distance from anything you could need, with free parking and a great atmosphere. The rooms are decent sized (I stayed in Grace) with a sink, chairs, a TV and a very comfortable bed. Downtown Vancouver is not quiet at night, but this cozy location makes up for it.
Shared bathroom is somewhat small, but everything you need. The floors are a bit creeky but I failed to hear anyone else in the house and there was a full party at the time.
