  I was introduced to Teresa during our house search, which in Vancouver is quite a traumatic process. Teresa's calm demeanour and knowledge of the city and the process was instrumental to our success. She came to most if not all of the open houses where we're were interested and never pushed us to go beyond our comfort level. When we were ready to make offers she guided us through the process ensuring that we had all of our ducks in a row to make as clean and competitive offer as possible. I would not hesitate to use her again, although I hope that is not going to be for a while????

  Buying in the Vancouver market requires connections and relationships with mortgage brokers, inspectors, tradespeople and other realtors, and Teresa has those. She knows what needs to be done to make your offer the most attractive to the vendor. She was ETHICAL and went above and beyond to make our house purchase happen. She gives calm sage advice, knows the ropes, and won't pressure you to pay more than you should just to get the property. She won't leave you to look at MLS listings on line and open houses on your own, she hustles to see all the properties with you or on her own for you. Fantastic.

  Teresa was recommended to me by a friend, and I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone else looking for a great realtor anywhere in the Lower Mainland. She walked me through the process of buying a condo and was beside me the whole time. She taught me what was important in a building and what wasn’t, and knew the right questions to ask. It turned out that the seller’s agent was new at his job, so I was doubly reliant on Teresa to take care of the details through the offer and signing process. I have no idea what might have been missed if I didn’t have Teresa’s years of experience on my side. Thank you, Teresa! I love my new condo and I know it was the right decision for me. I will happily give your name to anyone needing a trustworthy realtor!

  Teresa was amazing during the process of buying my first apartment! I went into this with a very limited amount of experience and knowledge about buying an apartment and she always took the time to answer my questions and gave reliable, very honest advice about each building. The end result was I got into my dream apartment in my favourite neighbourhood at a great price!
  
  I would recommend Teresa to anyone looking for a realtor with their best interests at heart, and have already sent her name to a few friends thinking of buying.
