  I have been a member of 30 Minute Hit for a year now and it truly has changed my life. Throughout this year, I have gained so much confidence and strength. I wanted to share my appreciation to Shannon and her amazing team at this location as they have helped me transform into someone strong and active. I was never interested in working out before but now I feel very inspired and focused on my physical and mental health. I highly recommend this positive experience.

  I love being a member at Kerrisdale 30 minute Hit. It’s such an amazing & positive environment and most importantly it’s fun! Ive always had difficulty being motivated to go to the gym, and 30 minute hit has entirely changed that for me. I feel so strong and having a trainer always overseeing and tweaking my workout makes for an amazing work out every time. I Highly highly recommend trying this kickboxing circuit! I absolutely love it and Shannon & her great team.

  It's quick so I don't have an excuse to skip a workout, and the space is just large enough that it hasn't yet become too busy. Shannon is a wonderful trainer and really keeps you motivated throughout the entire workout. I love the fact that the music is loud enough to keep people from hearing me grunt, LOL.
  I do wish that there was a towel service, as I get pretty darned sweaty and use towels to lay down protect others from contamination.

  I visited the HIT Vancouver kerrisdale once and it was awesome. Shannon just exuded a ray of positive energy! She is a strong leader and she empowers all the members whether you are a regular or a visitor. The location is convenient and easy to find, the gym is nice and intimate. It was a wonderful experience for me. I can't wait to go back!

  As a student, I've struggled to find time in the past to exercise but since discovering 30 Minute Hit, I've been able to exercise every single day because the workout is only 30 minutes, yet I get the biggest workout from it each time. I absolutely love how welcoming and safe the environment is and how the stations are designed to work out every muscle in your body. I would highly recommend 30 Minute Hit to any person struggling to find the right fitness centre for them because 30 Minute Hit has got it all!
