Mark at Sunrise provided awesome service.

Terribly dissapointed with Sandy the financing lady. I was very specific of my loan terms and we spoke and confirmed everything over the phone.
My loan was totally different than what we discussed.
She denied ever talking to me about it and blamed the issue on me.
Cant stand people like this.

Nevertheless, sunrise is a great place to shop, but steer away from this deceptive being if possible.

I can not say enough good things about Mark Perry and the whole group of dealers at Sunrise Trailers. We were looking for an equipment trailer and spent 2 days in Vancouver and Vancouver Island looking at all the available options at all the Trailer Dealerships. These guys at Sunrise Trailers not only had the best trailer but what really made them stand out was the service. Mark crawled under the trailer in the rain measuring clearances and taking pictures for us long after we were gone. Mark referred us to his another lot to compare other trailers and offered to make adjustments to the trailer he had to address our concerns. He even offered to call the factory to answer questions.
