Learning Jui Jitsu through Stay Gold has promoted emotional development in our 5 year old and has allowed my son an outlet to manage his aggression and energy in a positive way. Professor Ross and his team (Coaches Ab and Avon) are very professional, patient and were able to gain the attention and respect of the children almost immediately. I would recommend Stay Gold to any parent wanting to teach their child the importance of good character, self-esteem, self-awareness and discipline.

Jiu Jitsu has become more than just a hobby, it has made me take stock of my fitness, eating habits, while providing a healthy reminder to stay humble. I can easily recommend everyone to simply, Stay Gold!
