  Thus far, I am not impressed. I have tried to call all three numbers listed for Grill Parts Zone and have not been able to get through or leave a message. I have also sent an email to see if I could save myself some money by picking up the parts instead of wasting it on UPS. No dice. I am disappointed as the website seems to have all I need to refresh my old Cuisinart but it is not cool, not having a voicemail or someone to answer at least one of the three listed numbers. Please make a believer out of me and text/email me back.

  I did receive a email two days after my initial review and, I have to say that I am now impressed. The email apologized and offered a discount on the shipping simply because they did not answer the phone. The shipment arrived within three days of my order and a day later I received the discount. There is an address and local pick-ups are, apparently allowed. All in all, I would definitely order from them again. As for the merchandise, it is all great quality, stainless components, as advertised.

  I bought the parts for my old bbq and it fits perfectly.Very good quality products and the price is reasonable.

  How amazing, this place has it all, I never thought I would be able to find any parts for my old BBQ, but Grill Parts Zone had it all. Now my BBQ is like I bought it rand new. The prices were unbelievably affordable and the people were so friendly (which is very important to me). They have it all. I am very happy with being able to find Grill Parts Zone. Thank You

  I am really big on customer service and I can say this is one best retailer for good quality bbq grill parts. Very good quality Weber made cooking Grates at an affordable cost. LOVE the way this cooking grate heats and cooks in my Weber Barbecue grill
