Great gym (Box)! The coaching is fantastic! They listen to your issues, goals and stories. And they never forget. I am a 50+ year old man. My fitness is average or less. The coaching is right on point for my goals, fitness level and age. You can’t beat the pricing! The other athletes are friendly and I have never felt judged or belittled. So get in there and they will get you going on a healthy track!

Working with Fidds for personal training for over a year now, it is safe to say he is extremely knowledgeable and is able to push you to your limits (safely as well). With his experience both training clients and his own training, there is nowhere to hide when you feel tired and beaten down. In addition to this, it is lots of fun and you are surrounded by other motivated people working just as hard or harder. Very motivating.
