So the clinic that's close to me is not accepting anymore patients as early as 10am. Sad. I needed prescription refill so I checked the app that I recently discovered to see open clinics and wait times, locations and if there's an online check in available. Anyways, I found this Civic family clinic 0 minutes wait times. Accessible by bus and so I went there. Surely no wait time. After the reception encoding I went straight to doctor's room and have a quick check up and yeah I got my refill prescription. All in all less than 20 minutes. I'm happy with their service. Clean place. Looks well managed and very organized. Friendly receptionist and the doctor that saw me is not rushing to finish her assessment. I will probably transfer here. It's way better than the clinic I always go to. 2 hours wait to check in then another 1 or 2 hours to actual check up.
I had an appointment at 10:20am I have arrived 10 mins early now it's 10:43am now I'm in. I have other appointments later on in the day with a busy schedule.
Excellent Doctor.. Easy to get a appointment.. Just wish you could leave a message...Can be difficult at times to get through so best call early am..very busy dr so be prepared for waits at times as only dr there..
