Barring one's personal views on going to dealerships as opposed to smaller businesses the staff here show professionalism and services are completed correctly. I have had a couple of instances where a service took a lot longer than what was estimated but I feel overall I am satisfied with my experience

(January 31, 2019, 7:50 pm)It was ok. But they offered way less for my trade in than ANY other place. Looking around the place, it's an empire, a kingdom. There's 5-8 different Jim Pattison Outlets as far as the eye can see each more glorious than the last. Clearly the customers are paying a premium for Jim's ego.

Their customer service is fabulous. The way they treat their customers is absolutely awesome. They offer really fast and efficient service. I would love to visit them again. 5 stars*****
