(May 21, 2019, 5:49 am)I joined the 6-Week Challenge at Equilibria and I loved it. It challenged me to push myself hard physically, as well as become more organized and disciplined in my eating habits. The classes were hard work but a lot of fun, and the instructors and coaches were fantastic and encouraging. The program provided great support and accountability, which is just what I needed.

(May 5, 2019, 3:05 pm)I participated in Equilibria's 42 day detox challenge and I loved the experience. I managed to stick with the meal plan provided which was difficult at times, but well worth it with the results I got. The classes at the gym were great! Challenging, fun, lots of variety and awesome workouts. I had a really great Coach (Jen) who encouraged me all the way along. She, the other coaches and staff were all really wonderful and supportive as were the other members at the gym. I lost 19.8 lbs in 6 weeks, 6% body fat and 5.5 inches off my waist. My energy levels have increased as has my confidence. I would highly recommend Equilibria for any woman out there looking to make a positive change in a supportive and caring environment!

The Equilibria coaches do an excellent job at assisting clients in their personal fitness journey and in keeping clients accountable to their personal goals. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for superior accountability with weight loss, nutrition planning, and fitness support.
