She did a thorough assessment of my issues and worked hard to get me to a point where my separation is minimal and I was pain free. Her holistic approach and expertise in maternal health is evident and I truly enjoyed our weekly seasons. I hands down would recommended Erin to any momma!

(November 28, 2017, 4:23 am)Before my body completely fell a part I decided to look for a trainer. I have met many who promised me the sky with a price tag of course. Erin was the only one who looked deeper asked more questions and gave me exactly what I wanted at a appropriate speed that wouldn't discourage anyone. I have been with her 7 months and I'm keeping her for as long as I can. I have never felt or looked better. This is my health my future. I'm not sick anymore like I was every winter, my back doesn't hurt, I even started to jog lol. Erin will change ur life and u cant put a price tag on that. Thank u Erin �
