  So happy to have a local store that serves high quality ingredients. Very happy with the service and the staff seems knowledgeable.

  We had guests coming over, one of whom is from Germany. My husband asked for a sausage closest to a German sausage. He was given Shinkenspeck (a shank bacon house smoked in Ocean Park). Our friend had some on bread for breakfast this morning. He said as soon as he smelled it, he could smell the quality and that it was made the correct way. "It was the best Shinkenspeck he has ever had in Canada."
