  Great room with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. My breakfast was on time the next day and was very good. Didn't care for the shower products but I had my own (they smelled very masculine). I questioned the professionalism of a few front desk employees as they gossiped and laughed amongst themselves at times instead of tending to guests, but everyone got taken care of and overall it was a positive experience.

  Our room was great. Front desk was friendly and attentive. Our only complaints were that the phone & coffee machine didn't seem to work in our room. We went while the hotel was under renovations so no gym or pool access unfortunately, though this was made clear when we booked. But when we inquired we were told we could use the gym at the Sheraton. This should be relayed to guests at check in.

  Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food at American Grille restaurant in the hotel was excellent

  Currently under major construction. I was in town for work, so the construction noise didn't effect me. The breakfast was good and had a decent amount of variety. Everyone working in this hotel are friendly and smiling. Rooms are very modern and brand new. Location is great with restaurants and trains just a block away.

  Very impressive service!!! In a world where you think great service is a thing of the past! Here came a warm welcome of how can we make your experience better! Not really one for writing reviews but after having a birthday dinner here ...I might just come back tomorrow
