  Good value with bread with garlic butter, appetizer (basic salad or minestrone soup), a main course, tea/coffee, and ice cream all included. The food won't blow you away but it's not bad. The place is super busy on Friday and Saturday evening as many folks from cineplex wander over so tip - make a reservation to avoid a jam packed sardine like wait. Once seated, I found the service to be quite swift and the food came very quickly. This can probably vary by the size of your group as my table only had 2 of us. For the table beside us with 20 people , they had quite the wait for their food.

  The food, atmosphere and service were all incredible. When I ate there last, my server Charlene was absolutely incredible. She is such a personable, down to earth person. Thank you for being so genuine, and making my experience more than I could have asked for. Will definitely be back!

  Excellent food for excellent value. A full course meal, with bread, starter, Main and ice cream dessert with tea/coffee for $20 including tax and a fair tip is pretty impressive these days. Service is always friendly and engaging as well as actually delivering the food quickly and correctly. Since the place is popular with groups, some areas can get loud, but if you want quiet, asking for the quieter end does not seem to be a problem. Good bar too. The restaurant is not just pasta either. The mussels, ribs and even the steak are quite good too. Portions are generous without being too much to finish either. Washrooms are clean and the wait area is comfortable. The scale, which I presume is for before and after purposes, is impressive and accurate within 5 lb anyhow.

  We had very good experience at downtown location so we wanted to try the Richmond location. Service was good. But we were disappointed with the taste in the pasta. The sauces wasn’t as savory and tasty as the other location. It felt like they didn’t not put enough garlic or butter. It wasn’t bad but just felt average. Parking was easy and not a problem to walk insuring week day. We tried to book during weekend and it was fully booked.

  Had dinner here tonight with my children, parents and sister. We were a table of 8 and it was a crazy busy night. Our server Tia was awesome. Throughout the evening she consistently checked in on us and made sure we always had what we needed. She always had a smile on her face and was very polite. Our food came out in a timely manner and was hot.
  
  I have to hand it to the team at this Richmond location. For such a busy night we had a great experience. To be honest, I eat at the Gastown location once a month and I don't have very high expectations because of it. Food is never hot enough and service is average. Tonight, Tia really redeemed the entire chain in my opinion. She kept her cool and maintained great customer service throughout a very busy night.
