(February 28, 2019, 2:14 am)This is not a huge lounge, but there is enough space for it not to feel crowded. The food is served across two areas, one has predominantly cakes, sandwiches, coffee and drinks, while the other has more salads and hot food options. Food selection is not as extensive as other global lounges, but it is more than satisfactory. It makes for a nice quiet break, after check in and before boarding.

(January 30, 2019, 6:46 pm)Didn't know that I had access to this through my Master Card. Nice lounge ,food and service was great. We were catching an international flight so arrived at YVR 2 hrs early to get through custom etc. Our flight was delayed so this was a nice surprise being able to spend time in a nice quiet place while waiting for our flight.

(January 12, 2019, 5:44 am)It was super busy when I was there at 11pm. Staff were having a hard time keeping up and uncleared dishes and cups were everywhere. But kudos to the staff who kept their cool and continued to offer service with smiles. Spacious shower room with toothbrush, comb and hair-drier.
