After we had the door completed we had several phone calls asking if we were satisfied and if we had any questions we should just call them. I would say that is great customer service.

(the shingles are reinforced with fiberglass; GAF Lifetime Roofing System) The lifetime warranty backed by a large reputable company like Home Depot - gives me confidence in the product. The installers finished in 2 days (had to work around some rainy weather). The cleanup around the property was good and the installers were very nice to deal with.
