Island Carpet and Flooring is our go-to place for all our carpeting and flooring needs. We are impressed by the knowledge and experience of the friendly staff (Arden, John and Brian), appreciate their practical guidance to fit our specific needs and their no-pressure approach to salesmanship. We have been equally impressed by the professional calibre of their experienced carpet layers. The quality of materials is top notch and their personalized attention to customer service sets the bar high: when a manufacturer's flaw was discovered after a carpet installation, the carpet was promptly replaced. We highly recommend them.
Island Carpets installed the carpet in two buildings. Everything was done on time, on budget, and the carpet looks fantastic. I was especially impressed with the excellent service from Steve Montgomery, the Project Manager. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, always available, and provided outstanding customer service. I would use their services again.
