(February 7, 2019, 8:33 pm)Can't believe that I've lived in this city for decades and never walked nor visited this jewel of a park. Our first time out it was low tide and 4 k to the end and 4k back watched the first Airbus 380 massive jet float in, encountered an eagle standing on a rock not 30 feet from us and so few people , rain or shine we try to get there as often as possible, a bit off the beaten path but we'll worth your efforts.

(February 6, 2019, 5:20 am)Good places for walking and birdwatching. Due to wildlife conservation, dogs are banned from the most sensitive areas of the park. Nearby Macdonald beach is much better for four legged friends.

(October 7, 2018, 9:45 pm)Amazing views. Amazing place. The only reason I have 4 starts is the gate closes at 7 pm. So if you want to enjoy the sunset you gotta leave your car outside the gate. And then walk all the way to the jetty which isn't very easy with little ones.
