  Lobby was very inviting to the regular traveller. Check in was seamless and quick . The section we were in had renovations to the hallways making you feel relaxed. The room was pleasant with everything you would need . Beds very comfortable and we all had a great sleep
  The morning continental breakfast was Wonderful!!! I've never seen such great selection of food. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers for a great stay with great prices.

  It's a bit of distance from the city centre, but close to the movie theatre. The area is quieter.
  
  The rooms are nice and I was fortunate to be able to try the suite which was very spacious and comfortable, and has a full kitchen.
  
  Breakfast was good, has a bit more options than the usual HIE. When called to request for something it arrived very quickly. Staff friendly and helpful.

  Staff were amazing! A school group of 19 of us were stuck in Vancouver because of the snow and couldn’t make it back to the island last night, and this hotel was able to accommodate our needs and found space for everyone. Greatly appreciated this, and they paid for the 5 cabs that took us to the hotel. To top it all off, they didn’t even charge us for the rooms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you soooo much again to the Holiday Inn team! Very grateful ????

  Pretty nice for a HI-EX. Room was spacious and it had a shower and a separate large bathtub. The free breakfast was not great, but it also wasn't just bagels and cereal like I've seen elsewhere. Everything was clean and quiet. Counter staff were friendly and competent.

  Good day! Stay here every few months for work. Always feels like home, staff are nice but could definitely make you feel more welcome - the breakfast ladies always make me feel at home and always are fun and happy at 6AM and happy to help you with whatever you need! The breakfast here is pretty good compared to most hotels I have stayed at - pancake machine is awesome and sausage rounds are my favourite - breakfast gets changed up every morning or so if you are staying here for a while you will be happy and hve a full belly. Gym could be updated with new more modern weight/possibly expanded - hot tub and pool are generally always running and clean which is nice. Hallways are always clean - rooms are quiet and the proximity to food and the cinema is pretty much all you need if you are trapped at your hotel while your colleague steals the rental car to go uptown for the evening. Over all love staying here. Would stay here for personal use as well. The TV is a little on the older outdated side but is still a flat screen and has good picture. Feels very clean and tidy. All the rooms I have stayed at here are excellent. My only issue is that the outlets have been used so much on the bed side tables that they no longer hold a phone charger which forces you to use a wall outlet. Other than that will stay here again :)
