  Nice view from our room! The room decor is outdated and one of the drawer was broken and kept on opening even after closing it multiple times. Hotel staff was very approachable and was very easy to deal with. I was expecting more free complimentary stuff because of the steep room rate. Overall, was happy with our stay. I definitely recommend people staying in this hotel overnight because of the convenience being inside the airport. But if you are staying longer, I will look into a cheaper hotel that offers the same amenities with free shuttle to the airport.

  Excellent and friendly service all the time. Comfy beds and nice amenities. Cool views of either runways and mountains depending on what room you get. I always stay here before and after international flights. The best "feature" is only taking 5 minutes from leaving customs to being in your room and relaxing, especially after a long flight. Don't have to worry about early flights either because you are already at the airport.

  Exceptional customer service. Very caring, helped my friend and I when we were in a pickle.
  Beautiful amenities and great view of the planes taking off. Room service was delicious and promptly delivered.
  Location obviously extremely handy, walked straight out and onto a flight.

  Real nice! Comfy beds! I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they all seemed friendly. The biggest downside was the toilet paper - not very good. Otherwise: great!!

  4.5 Stars - Does not feel like an airport, in a great way. Do not let the entrance at departures fool you.. this is a beautiful hotel. From the massive chandelier upon entry to the spa inspired gym everything is well thought out. The toiletries are high end and the views are stunning if you get the right room. We were lucky enough to be given a junior suite for only $170 so you can imagine our surprise when we saw the room. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were feather. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 days and we will be returning. The loss of stars is due to the pool area needing some work. Needs to be cleaner and filled up properly.
