(June 14, 2019, 6:58 am)Parked here for Richmond night market. $2.50 for 24 hours (I thought I paid at a wrong meter, Lol). But it's really hard to find your car if you don't remember which level you parked. I took a picture after I parked but still took me 10 mins to find it. It'd be better if there are signs to show the diretions of numbers.
