Here is an updated after the installation, everything looks good and works fine. Really like the WiFi feature, it makes easier to change settings and download videos to my phone! Thanks BBMC! -

(November 27, 2018, 4:41 am)When I went onto the site i was hit with a live message that popped up, i asked if the person was actually human and it actually was (not sure why i was so surprised) but I was helped by a gentleman named Jordan who offered his opinion as well as personal experience with certain products without trying to push anything on the website too hard. My experience was honestly refreshing and I will be purchasing from them feeling confident and informed on my decision.

(November 24, 2018, 10:31 pm)These guys are great! I'm somewhat shy of being a techno wizard and when I went to them with a problem with the camera I bought from them, they were all over it. Super service and support. The technical glitch was fixed quickly and efficiently.

BTW, the camera is great too. They reviewed with me what I wanted from the camera and assisted me in choosing the right one, I had no idea how many choices there would be and I probably would have chosen a lower optioned camera without their help. I would have been disappointed in a lesser piece of equipment.
I highly recommend this company!
