However, Owen and Livia’s extensive expertise in kettlebells had far exceeded my expectations which made each lesson engaging and full of value. I would recommend AMPfit to any of my friends and family members who are looking to get in shape or looking to learn the intricacies of kettlebell/barbell training!

(December 26, 2017, 7:14 pm)I'm reasonably active, but ever since I've started training with Owen, my fitness has risen to a new level. Owen is very meticulous about technique, the weight only increases if the technique is solid. In the year that I"ve been training with Owen, I've never been injured. The gym itself is amazing with all the equipment you might ever need. I'd definitely recommend AMPFit to anyone looking to get healthier and fitter, whether you're currently a couch potato or an athlete already.
