  My husband and I worked closely with Clayton Beckler as we searched for a single family home in the Greater Vancouver area. We found him to be a total professional every step of the way. He listens well, he has great and respectful relationships with agents in the region, he is very quick to learn, and he is patient and persistent in working through complicated transactions. We highly recommend Clayton. He is a an excellent professional to have on your side in Vancouver’s complicated real estate environment.

  Greg was extremely professional and helpful with both my purchase/sale. He's very knowledgeable with the local markets and his strategies allow quick sale of my unit even when the market turns side ways.

  My partner and I are both first time home buyers, unsure of how everything works and really needed a helping hand to get us through the process. Kevin and everyone at the Axfords were incredibly helpful. We didn't feel rushed, pressured, and Kevin made sure to walk us through every step of the process as many times as we needed him to to really understand it. He also was really understanding about my anxiety around the decision and process which was really helpful. If you're looking for a friendly, responsive, knowledgeable team to help with your home purchase, I would highly recommend the Axfords. We will be using them for every home purchase/sale going forward without a doubt.

  What an awesome group of professionals! I had the privilege of dealing with Greg. Greg is very knowledgeable about properties available. He was able to totally understand my needs and wishes, and selected places he knew
  would meet my criteria. He was more than willing to contact the previous owners about question I had, after the purchase was complete, and provided me with the names of reliable contacts to do my renovations. I would highly recommend The Axfords.
