  Every other broker in the area annoyed me, I should have come here first. Snappy, flexible service from Kaleena. I don't do business in the area often but I will be making the trip for future insurance needs.

  I have been dealing with Carol Sirna from Suter Brook Insurance for many years now and have had nothing but excellent and professional service from her and her staff. In my experience they have gone above and beyond to make my insurance needs easy, convenient and most of all cost effective. I have been with other companies in the past that are just going through the motions just to get your money Where as with Carol she really cares and takes the time to find out what your needs are. She takes the business of insurance very seriously and is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you to Carol and her staff. Keep up the good work.   Great customer service, very helpful staff. Explained the policy in detail(very important) unlike others who want to get you out of the queue without giving you full detail/information. And thanks for staying open on Weekends. Definitely recommend this place ????
