  I had very positive experiences with all the staff at Suter Brook Dental. As someone who previously avoided going to the dentist for years, I highly recommend Suter Brook Dental Group for Invisalign. Everyone was professional and friendly whether it was one of the great Receptionists giving me a quick reminder phone call or tending to my requests to reschedule an appointment or a skilled and caring Dental Hygienist during one of my follow ups. Andrea has a great team and she is professional, warm, has a great sense of humour, and is down-to-earth. Andrea’s approach and skills ensured I received the excellent results I was hoping for. Thanks Suter Brook Dental Group!!

  I avoided the dentist for 7 years and then another 5 years because I have had nothing but terrible, painful, and traumatic dental experiences. To say I was crushed when I broke a tooth and realized I'd have to finally go back, is an understatement. I poured over reviews of all the dentists in the area, and kept coming back to the reviews for this place. So, last January, I took a chance. Turns out I needed multiple root canals, and we decided to start with the lower left side - two root canals and a filling. Dr. Murielle Arsenault assured me they'd take good care of me. I opted for the oral sedation to help calm me. I cried for days leading up to the appointment, I cried in the waiting room, and I cried in the chair. They offered me darkened sunglasses, a soft blanket, headphones with calming music, and the sedation. Dr. Murielle Arsenault rubbed my shoulder and assured me she would go at whatever pace I needed. She checked in constantly. I felt really cared for and like my comfort and my mental health mattered. One year later, I just had another root canal on my upper right and it was honestly one of the best medical experiences I've ever had. I still do the sedation, but my confidence is growing. In fact, I volunteered another root canal appointment for just next month because I know this is an important part of taking care of my body and Dr. Murielle Arsenault is helping me to feel more empowered around that. They are VERY VERY busy, so even though I went in with a lot of pain in early December, the first they could fit me in for my root canal was mid-January. At my mid-January appointment, I scheduled another procedure and they had about a 3 week wait. For me, the wait is absolutely worth it. The front desk staff are super friendly and welcome me by name as soon as I walk in the door. They follow-up, they give over-estimates on everything so I can budget. Overall, I hope I'm able to continue seeking treatment with Dr. Murielle Arsenault for as long as humanly possible. I will follow her anywhere.

  Absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Andrea Dernisky and the entire staff. I experienced nothing but smiles, great attitudes and an even better service!
