(September 17, 2018, 1:00 pm)Great for new bandsaw blades and sharpening circular ones too, alright for chisels, razor sharp edges but I've had them chip very fast afterwards which makes me question the practice. They also totally messed up the edge profile on my antique Canadian knife both sides were profiled different and the edge way too thin. Amature work big time there so be warned it's hit and miss on somethings.

(August 2, 2017, 4:47 pm)I have dealt with Quality Saw for about 30yrs and have never had an issue with any of my sharpening. I have about $800 in saw blades and about another $100 in jointer knives which they made up for me. I do some production work in my private shop and even the weirdest types of tooth are never a problem. Fast, courteous service. Another shop destroyed one of my industrial blades and since then I have stayed with Quality. Im off shortly to pick up 3 of my blades for a large job I am in the middle of. FWIW they sharpen so carefully that some of my blades have been sharpened a dozen times and still have lots of tooth left in them. Vancouver School Dist workshop has used nobody else for a very long time.
