Lots of wildlife and beautiful views, multiple lookout points, many trail options and plenty of distance to cover if you want long walks. Aside from dealing with plant overgrowth on some of the trails, this area is quite approachable for people of any fitness level.

Love nature and get out and walk or bicycle trails in some fresh air that's not too far away. This is also a great place to walk your loved 4 legged companion

A great area in general for a relaxing walk or, for me, an early morning photo shoot to grab some unique images of the morning mist and sunrise creeping over the coastal mountains. Polder and Pitt Addington Marsh are awesome for the quiet and solitude on early morning days. Updated this review with some photos from a recent hike with our dogs.

LOVE THIS PLACE. It is my escape from life and people place. You can go for a couple hours and walk along Pitt lake with your dog or friends; or take a canoe for the entire day (and night!) either to just go around the lake or to the campground/mountain. The price for the canoe is 80 bucks for a 2 person canoe, and has a newly added 50.00 deposit. CASH ONLY so make sure to have that on hand, cause there is not an ATM near buy. Overnight parking is extra I believe it might be 10.00, but I've never rented the canoe for overnight so I'm not certain.
