(February 22, 2019, 11:32 pm)I set up an appointment with Krysten in February 2019 for her to take over my file and because this lap is much closer to me than the lab I used to go to.
I have trouble with CPAP mask marks on my face because of the full face mask is making marks and red lines on my face because of the design and the tightness of the mask.
And Krysten was helpful with getting me a new half face mask that she had received from the supplier to use for trials and Im going to try the new mask and see what I think about it and to let her know what happens with my red face markings on my face, and what I think about the mask.
She also gave me 2 gauzes from her supply to put on my mask to eliminate the mask lines as well so I’m very grateful for her assistance and help in getting my problems solved and she went beyond my expectations when I came into the store because I wasn’t expecting to be walking out of the store with all of the supplies I did for me to get rid of my face marks and I recommend her and the store to anyone looking for professional help and assistance for when it comes to Cpap machines and respiratory therapist issues...
