  My brother and I went to Rackstop on Esplanade in North Vancouver in February to look at rooftop boxes.
  
  Mitch looked after us. He was polite, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Also he was helpful, to the point and patient as we asked a "million" questions and moved from one model to another, from one brand to another! Mitch even offered to "install" two of the boxes on the car so we can visually see which one my brother liked better as he was undecided between a Yakima and a Thule box (he eventually settled on the Thule). The process was both helpful and efficient.
  
  We found the store to be well laid out and it has a good feel to browse without any pressure if one so desires.They have a very good selection of all sorts of attachments, racks, accessories, boxes etc. to suit all needs.
  
  My brother is very happy with his selection and purchase. We highly recommend Rackstop and we'll be sure to use them again. Thank you Mitch for your help!

  If I could give those guys an extra star I would! Absolutely awesome service from Vince the sales associate. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable, Vince went above and beyond installing my roof rack and ski rack. Thank you!

  Went with a friend for a Thule rack. These guys have a great inventory of everything Thule. With a service bay these guys can do anything you need for racks in no time flat.

  I have been back to this location 3 times for small pieces and bits to service my old Thule Side Arm. They have given exceptional customer care and advice to continue maintaining a roof rack that is 10+ years old.
