  My wife and I have been going to Jody every week for four years and it is the best thing in our lives that we do! If we don't do anything else all week, we know that we are keeping our bodies strong and healthy using all our muscles with our weekly pilates. I can't think of any way that Jody could be better.

  Jody is an amazing instructor with an excellent understanding of human anatomy and physiology, which is evident in her practice. I have been seeing her for almost two years and plan to continue for many more! She helped me with my initial complaint of a sore lower back and makes modifications to my program based on my current needs. I would highly recommend Jody as a Pilates instructor.

  I've been coming to Jody's Pilates studio for about 18 months and I absolutely love it. Jody is knowledgable, encouraging and I always leave my class feeling stronger, invigorated and more positive than I did when I arrived. Her classes are challenging but fun, she's a real gem and I'm very pleased I found her studio.

  Jody has been an integral part of rehabbing my herniated disc. I skied near 20 days this past season and am now thrilled to be back on my mountain bike. I look forward to continuing to work with Jody as my strength, flexibility and body awareness improve.

  I love Jody's classes at Powerhouse Pilates! She is so knowledgeable, caring and organized. Her classes have been a lifesaver for me over the last six years. Highly recommended. :)
