  Lovely hotel with wonderful views of downtown Vancouver. The rooms are clean and the restaurant is great. Good amenities with a pool and two large ballrooms.

  This is the second time that we chose to stay at this hotel. It's a great area and downtown Vancouver is easily accessible by the Seabus. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The bedding is great and very comfortable. We enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub. The Lobby restaurant had great food and breakfast was not expensive and definitely all of the food was worth the price. Overall it was another great stay. The hotel staff is nice and friendly and even held a parcel for me until my arrival. They made sure that everything ran seamlessly. We will most likely stay here again when we decide to visit Vancouver.

  I normally stay closer to downtown as I am out in Vancouver quite a bit on business but this is definitely worth the distance it is to get into the downtown area. So cool, and I love being close to the water so that helps too. The staff will definitely go the extra mile for you and you don't have to worry if you are going to be treated with respect, and that is important on how I grew up and the family I had. So thanks for the great service!

  Staff helped us get into our room when she discovered our card wasn't working. Rooms were nice except for the big window that can see the whole bathroom. Hotel is by the pier with a nice view and a lot of restaurants that are walking distance.
