  I just picked up my car on Nov 7, 2023 from Kirmac. I scratched the right rear door and bumper of my car against the wall in a parkade as I tried to avoid a head on collison with an SUV that drove across its lane and came right to me. Kirmac did a fabulous job on the repair. The car looks like new again.
  Ethan and Jason were very helpful and courteous. Truthfully, I do not think that Kirmac can find better and more capable employees. Good employees are so valuable and hard to find. I am very satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend Kirmac on Pemberton Avenue in North Vancouver to anyone. You will not be disappointed with the service and repair work. Next time, if you do not know where to find a body shop, look no further. Just go to Kirmac on Pemberton Ave. in North Vancouver and ask for Ethan or Jason.

  I had one of the best services when it comes to car repair and I had a few in the past 3 years. Kirmac has been great in my previous repair but this North Vancouver location's service was exceptionally good!! From the first 'hello', I knew I was in good hands. Sarah was incredibly helpful, so friendly and so supportive from the time I called in and I was desperate because everywhere else was booked. She got me in same day, I got a courtesy car the same day. My car was repaired fast and exceptionally good!! Even after I picked up my car, Sarah was so helpful answering all my questions promptly and with a great attitude!! Thank you Sarah and Kirmac team for making my experience effortless

  Absolutely the best customer service I have dealt with and a pleasure to deal with. Staff are professional and very friendly, they always go the extra mile.

  The staff and management at this location are the absolute best. What impressed me was that the manager, Scott, remembered my name even though I was only in their shop once before a few years ago. The work took longer than expected because a part did not arrive in time. That was fine because they kept me updated and in the loop so I knew exactly when my car would be ready. Keep up the great work. Overall, the work done was very professional and the car looked like new. Thanks everyone at Kirmac.

  This place is the best place I have been to in Vancouver. They were friendly, fast, detailed and went beyond 200% (above and beyond). I have sent 5 more people there and will continue to send more and will always choose this location to go to. Thank you all for your amazing customer service and your joyful and friendly attitudes. You have left a great mark on me for good!
