Jessie is a mindful, knowledgeable person as well as an attentive, well-informed yoga teacher. Her teachings go far beyond the classroom in that she willingly shares views/advice and recommendations via email and online links on meditation, nutrition and self care. Her classes feel safe, physically satisfying and full of love. She is a ball of energy in a calm, embracing manner.

Jessie is a wonderful yoga teacher! Her yin yoga classes are exactly what I need before going to bed. She creates a welcoming environment for both new and experienced yogis. She is attentive to each student, gives great cues, and provides varying levels of difficulty for each pose so you can do what feels good for you.

I also participated in her 30 day meditation challenge which was amazing. I find it really hard to mediate, but her voice was so soothing and I love how she changed it up each day so you get to try something a bit different. For the first time, I actually was able to keep up with my meditation practice!

I'd definitely recommend checking out her classes and offerings. She's caring, compassionate, and such a great person to work with!
