  Dr. Sharnell Muir and her Certified Dental and Administrative Assistant, Bita Behroozynia, make for an incredible team. They clearly have a great working dynamic and you can feel the positive energy in their offices. A veritable dream team! This is a nice place to be.
  
  I was recently referred to Dr. Muir after being diagnosed with "mild to moderate" sleep apnea (or "high mild" as it was termed), to see if I might be a candidate for a dental appliance as opposed to having to go the CPAP route. Thankfully, it turned out that I WAS a candidate and I couldn't be more pleased nor could my partner as we now enjoy a quiet bedroom every night and each of us gets a wonderful night's sleep. No more snoring and no more apneas! Most importantly, no more worrying about how my previously-obstructed airway was negatively impacting my health.
  
  This is a really important investment in one's health and overall quality of life. I no longer wake up draggy and I have more energy in my 6am workout classes (Orange Theory Fitness) and throughout the day at work.
  
  This has been life-changing for my partner and me. Dr. Muir and Bita do a great job of properly educating you on all that you need to know about the condition and about the appliance. Both are extremely nice and genuinely helpful.

  hi i came to sharnell after years of problem sleep because of apnea ( did not even know what it was ... just thought I snored !!!) after trying the UBC sleep treatment program and ended up on a cpac machine I was horrified that I would have this as my only solution to apnea... WRONG dr. muir got me fitted out with the latest oral appliance and never looked back i AM SLEEPING SO MUCH BETTER and highly recommend her services to turn your problem into a solution.in my option its the way to go ...call her and discuss your sleep with her
