(April 12, 2019, 9:00 pm)Great service and friendly staff! I had a jacket that was almost ten years old and they took it back to be repaired; however, they ended up replacing it. I would consider Arc’teryx my go-to brand for outside/active wear and durability. For the people complaining about deals, this product is about quality. Yes, you’re paying more, but you’re not replacing it for an extremely long time.
