  I have had chronic back and neck problems for decades. Reduced to little exercise and periodic visits to my physio therapist for spasm release. I figured this was the rest of my life. I wanted to change physio therapists as I live in New West and he was in North Van so I started web searching. I found two I wanted to try. The first one I went to turned out to not have physio but chiropractics and Restore. Since I couldn't get into Restore for a month and I was in pain I booked three with the Chiro and one with Rachel at Restore. After three Chiropractic sessions I had little change but after the assessment with Rachel, exercises and one small adjustment I feel a noticeable difference. She found a connection to my liver and gall bladder that no one else ever did and also helped some digestion issues. The whole experience was professional and they provide a great system for booking and reviewing upcoming appointments. My exercises were recorded for me on my phone with direction to make it easy for me to do. I am looking forward to my next appointment. 5 Star for sure.

  Nadine worked with me when I sustained a running injury training for a marathon. With her help, I was able to still compete in the race. Her treatment is very conciencious. She is an excellent therapist.

  Parking is free and the upper parking lot is accessible from the back side along Fifth Street. Drive to the upper lot and park on the right side.
  
  Enter the parking lot entrance, take the elevator to the 4th floor and the unit will be to the right (at the end of the corridor).
  
  Nadine is very knowledgeable and helped me out many times in correcting habits to lead to an injury reduced future in running.

  Rachel at Restore has "restored" my faith in physiotherapists. She only sees one patient at a time and gives you her utmost attention. She cares about your well being and of all the therapists I have seen for my back/neck tension and bulged discs she is the ONLY one who has been able to help me find relief. I actually look forward to my appointments and having IMS (dry needling) done because I know I will leave feeling so much better. I highly recommend you go see her!!

  I would like to say that I was amazed by the services and the quality. Nadine is a very caring and wonderful person and a great specialist who helps a lot of professional athletes. I loved every session with her, her smiles, her humor, her attention to detail... she always remembered our last conversations and sent me emails after each visit with the drawings of exercises I needed to do and few notes.. The amount of information was overwhelming and I did not need to remember it because I knew I would get another email in the evening. One of them came at 11:20pm! The massage, exercises and needle therapy definitely contributed to my fast recovery. During my last visit Nadine reminded me my incentives to continue doing exercises.. and it was something that I briefly had mentioned to her during my very first visit more than a month ago! I could not believe she still remembered this. I just want to say Thank You to her and recommend her services to other people!
