Maple Ridge Plumber

I had to replace a hot water tank and called up Craig from Maple Ridge Plumber. He was able to give me a quote on the phone and came in to replace it the very next morning. Unbelievable customer service, no hidden fees or surprises and all his work is guaranteed; if there's any issues he will come back and deal with it! I called around to about 10 different businesses and Craig was the most reasonably priced.

He's been in business for 10 years and Craig was super friendly and professional. I love supporting local family businesses and I would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing help.

We recently had some plumbing work that needed to be done and decided to call Maple Ridge Plumber based on a recommendation. Their professional team impressed me by taking the time to answering all of my questions over the phone. They also offering to set up a free consultation on the same day which we appreciated. On arrival they examined my piping and offered a reasonable quote which we accepted.

Bottom line is we were extremely pleased with the plumbing work they did. Brad and Craig took very good care of us. Communication was excellent and they did what they said they would do on time and budget. We will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Used MR Plumber in a plumbing emergency on the weekend. Showed up immediately were friendly and got to the bottom of the problem. I'll recommend these guys to my friends and neighbors for sure.

I can’t say writing reviews for tradesmen is at the top of my to-do list. But in this case I am happy to make and exception. Without going into grotesque detail, we had a “catastrophic plumbing failure” at our home, an older building that needs a lot of work. Not knowing who was active in the Ridge Meadows area, I found these guys on the net and called them up. From first contact on the phone, all the way through the service experience, I was impressed with their speed and professionalism. They arrived on time, performed top-quality work, explained everything to me and most importantly, everything was done on budget! I have to say our repair guy (who’s name escapes me at this time) was one of the best tradespeople I’ve ever hired, period. I have recommended this company to a number of friends and each reported back favorably. I understand they also go as far west as Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam, and will do Mission and some parts across the Fraser as well. Great team, would happily hire them again (but hopefully I’ll never need to!)
