Natalie at Imperial Data has been exceptional in solving our printing and toner needs. Not only was she able to get me a competitive price on a new printer and shipped in record time when our old printer died, but she's found a solution to every toner problem I've encountered on both old and new printers. Printer manufacturers make it extra difficult to use non-brand toners but Natalie has found answers every time we encountered a hitch. Even though we aren't located in the same city, she gets shipments to us often by the next day. I've been using this company for about 5 years and I can't say enough about their great service and affordable prices.
