Great guy, my fuel pump died in mission and Tim drove all the way out with a trailer to rescue me once he closed up. Cannot thank him enough for this generous act. Goes to show he cares, also with parts if the part is not in stock, it gets ordered promptly at a great price too. i cant say any negatives since ive always had a 10/10 time. i only trust Tim @ CR Cycle to work on my bike. Thanks Tim! glad to do business with you and glad to be youre friend.

(July 31, 2017, 3:23 pm)Was in here about 5 years ago and was crushed when their store on dewdney closed. Just found out from a friend that they just moved to a new location. Great service when I was buying gear, great prices too. Planning on going in soon to get more gear.

If they don't have it they will get it at a competitive price. If you are tired of the big box experience and want local personable service, give them a shot.
