Rick has the ability to remain 100% professional, whilst at the same time having a friendly and personable demeanour. I had no previous knowledge of the selling process of a condo, especially one that I was selling on the behalf of an elderly parent. The place sold in 7 days which is truly remarkable in a market that by all other indicators had slowed right down. It has been a pleasure working with him.

He was very professional, kept us well informed during every step of the process, and he earned our trust because we honestly felt he had our best interest at heart. Rick was very knowledgeable and provided good information to help us make decisions, and at no time did we ever feel pressured. He managed to sell our home over asking price even when the market had cooled down and found us the perfect new home to purchase.
