(April 23, 2019, 1:37 am)Originally had my wind shield replaced by kirmac in November, in March there was another crack and the place I took my car in kelowna said they couldn't see any damage so suggested I take it back to kirmac incase it was factory/shipping/install issues that caused it. Kirmac was very difficult to get a hold of the person I needed to speak to. I had to call 3 times over 2 weeks to finally get someone involved who could get me to where I needed to be. Once everything was resolved as to what would happen the staff at Langley kirmac were wonderful. They ordered my wind shield right away and got me in and out in just a few hours with a courtesy car for the day. While kirmac was difficult to deal with at the corporate level, the Langley location was fantastic.
